Local Knowledge, Trusted Service at 48 Main Street

Last month I shared a little about myself and our office at 48 Main Street Sheffield, and this month I wanted to introduce you properly to the other half of my team, Sandy Brattstrom.

Our office is run by just the two of us, and while I’m often out meeting property owners, appraising homes and negotiating sales, Sandy is the one who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

From managing listings and contracts through to ensuring every detail is taken care of from listing right through to settlement, Sandy plays a huge role in every property we handle.

A True Local at Heart

Many locals will already know Sandy for her involvement in the Kentish community. She has given her time to International Mural Fest, Kentish Arts Commerce and Tourism, the Sheffield Arts Centre, and has also been involved over the past two years in updates to the Kentish Museum.

Sandy genuinely loves this area and the people in it, and that shows in everything she does.

Our office has become a friendly place where locals pop in for a chat, and quite often someone will bring their dog in for a treat, which Sandy always enjoys.

We’re open from 9am to 3pm, and many locals and visitors stop to look at our brightly lit window display or pick up our current property stock list from the basket outside, which is updated regularly.

By taking on the business, I’ve invested in the long term future of the Kentish and Sheffield community, and I’ve been so grateful for the support shown by locals. Our business is local, for locals and run by locals who live here, and we take great care in achieving positive outcomes for our whole community.

Many of the conversations we have start simply with someone popping in to ask about the market, whether they’re thinking about selling, reviewing an investment property, or just curious about what their property might be worth.

Thinking of selling? I may already have buyers.

If you’re ever passing by, feel free to drop into the office and say hello to Sandy, she’ll likely be there keeping everything running like clockwork.

And as always, if you’re curious what your property might be worth today, give me a call as I’m always happy to have a chat. Many successful sales begin with a simple property conversation.

From both of us here in the Sheffield office, we wish everyone across Kentish and the surrounding districts a wonderful May, and we look forward to continuing to help and connect with our local community.

Local knowledge, honest advice, and personal service supporting you every step of the way.

Seller Tip

Presentation leads to competition: The better your property presents, the more buyers you attract, and that’s where strong results begin.

Buyer Tip

Be ready when the right one appears: The best properties don’t last long, so having your finance and plans in place puts you in a strong position.
