Helping Kentish Locals Buy and Sell Property – And Always Happy to Talk if You’re Curious About Your Home’s Value

With Easter arriving and autumn settling across Kentish, I thought it was a nice time to say hello from the office at 48 Main Street Sheffield.

Our office is run by just the two of us, Sandy and myself, Corinne. You’ll usually find me out and about across the district meeting property owners, appraising homes, showing buyers through properties and negotiating sales, something I genuinely love doing. Sandy keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes from listing right through to settlement.

Negotiation Makes The Difference

Real estate has been my career for over 20 years, working across residential homes, blocks of land, investment properties, lifestyle properties & farms. Our office in Main Street, Sheffield is a great local spot to connect with the community, and I still get just as excited negotiating a great result for my clients today as I did on my very first sale.

By taking on the business, I’ve invested in the long term future of the Kentish and Sheffield community, and I’ve been thrilled by the wonderful support shown by locals. Our business is local, for locals and run by locals, and great care is taken to achieve positive outcomes for our whole community. I’m also a Feng Shui Master and enjoy sharing simple ideas about presentation and creating a welcoming feel when preparing a home for the market.

Our office is open 9am–3pm, and many locals and visitors to Sheffield stop to look at our brightly lit window display, which showcases our listings well into the evening. We also keep our current property stock list in a basket outside the office, which many people pick up when passing by.

Lately I’ve been having some interesting conversations with locals and investors who are reviewing their property plans, looking at market changes, and wondering what their property might be worth today.

Thinking of selling? I may already have buyers.

h I’ll introduce you properly to Sandy, who many locals already know for her incredible community work and dedication to Kentish.

If you’re curious what your property might be worth today, feel free to pop in or give me a call anytime.

Many successful sales begin with a simple property conversation.

From both of us here in the Sheffield office, we wish everyone across Kentish and the surrounding districts a safe and happy Easter.
