Kentish was buzzing in April, with plenty of tourists exploring all that the season brings. It’s been a lovely time across the region.

A big congratulations to Ash, winner of our Easter competition. Ash guessed closest to the correct number of 143 chocolates in the jar and took home the bottle of sweet chocolates along with a $50 IGA voucher. It was a bit of fun, and we loved the community engagement it brought.

Sandy and I have genuinely enjoyed the steady stream of friendly faces popping into the office. Whether it has been for a quick hello, a market chat, or just a wave through the window, it’s those everyday moments that remind me why I love what I do.

Our recent marketing initiatives were a great success, helping generate strong interest and visibility for local properties. Buyers are out and about, and well-presented rural homes are being noticed.
